Simply search for your accommodation, experience, or transport service, choose your dates, and follow the checkout process. You can pay securely in GBP, USD, or EUR.

Each provider sets their own cancellation policy, which is shown clearly before booking. Refunds, if applicable, are processed according to that policy.

Yes. GoProvidence allows direct messaging so you can ask questions or clarify details before confirming your booking.

Refund requests must be made through the platform. GoProvidence will work with both parties to ensure a fair resolution.
